When you go into Pinger, there’s a little clock at the top left corner. There will be a notification there. Touch that and it will leave the number that called you and a play botton. Touch that and the voicemail will start playing.

I downloaded the new app yesterday, but each time I touch the icon to use it, it shows the Pinger logo and then flashes back to my home screen. Do I need to delete the TextFree with Voice app first?

I upgraded from Texfree Voice to Textfree Voice + VM and lost all but only a few days worth of my text history. How do I get the rest of my text history transferred over? Thankfully I didn’t delete the Textfree Voice app yet and the history is still in there. But I don’t want both apps on my iPhone 4.
I’ve used Textfree since it first came out, but if I can’t get my text history transferred over then I’m deleting it and will use the Google Voice app instead.

This is unacceptable! How is keeping our text history even considered a feature that you couldn’t do? Every time you upgrade stuff to Textfree we lose things. Instead of making a new app when you add stuff, why not just make them an upgrade to the existing app so we don’t lose things.
I know you really don’t care, but you just lost a longtime customer!

As to the needing to take screen shots…not sure but, I believe it was me that figured it out and posted it. Now the bad news…as much as I love this program and as helpfull as you have been over the years….still can’t figure out why you haven’t been able to figure a way to archive the past. Now, if there is a legal reason or something else, please “calm the savage beast” (the other guy) and lets us know, otherwise we’ll keep bugging you!!!
Still #1 on my favorite apps ( other than that “birds” game!!!) LOL

Ads are an integral part of our app – they are what make your texting free! Each ad you see is paying for a text you send or receive. Without ads, we’d have to charge you the same as other carriers D:

Your product is phenomenal and would be my primary phone use except for the fact that i cant customize my voicemail box. This is a severe drawback from a business/personal perspective and I believe people would pay a fair price for it.

also, keep in mind that although some people here have called it a “free” app, there are plenty of people (myself included) who actually BUY minutes. I’ve personally purchased two 1 thousand minute blocks so far. Not a huge sum of money, but enough to request the ability to customize my voicemail.

My account works fine but the app just shut down twice on me and I use it to keep in touch with my job and I rated it a full five stars at first but what kind of people don’t keep up on there material ??? If ur gonna make a app for people to use MAKE SURE it’s does that first it dosnt work when I need it and it gives me fake message alerts….. It tells me my friend texted when that was 4 hours too late ugh plzz respond bc that is just the start of it and so far I don’t like we’re it is going !!!!!!!

I’ve gotten a few voicemails but when I go to listen to them I can only hear the first 20seconds of it. The messages aren’t lOng they are actually only a few seconds over a minute I took the troubleshooting advice and waited for it to load and it’s been almost 2days but I’m still having a problem hearing them. How do I fix this and could it be a network/wifi issue?
