I have been getting up to 20 messages and calls a DAY from Pinger numbers, inappropriate texts and they have become very HARASSING. I am shocked you guys don’t monitor your services. I have left email and tried to call your “Corporate Office” and have had NO reply and couldn’t get through. This is the ONLY WAY I can be sure my problem is seen. I have gotten authorities involved and they need Pingers assistance ASAP to further their investigation.

I’m SO sorry this is happening to you! Pinger takes reports of abuse very seriously and are not trying to ignore you on purpose. It sounds like you’ve been trying to contact the wrong places in our company. Have the authorities email abuse@pinger.com and our Support team will assist them. If you would like more information, please go to this link from our help site:
