my app has suddenly turned white and blank. it will not let me see the text messages that have been coming in or my phone calls. how do i fix this?

At first it was a great app but after the last update it’s been giving me lots of problems (ex. Receiving or sending texts) most of the times i have to shut off my htc sense to know if someone texted me or just so it would let me send. Maybe there is an update coming up that would fix that??

I am having a problem with having someone using my name to contact someone from my past and when I called the number back, it is saying it is a ping number. How can I track this number to find out who this person is??
